My EA account was banned for the wrong reasons

Hello, I want a real person to handle my case, not a bot reply to perfume me, please value a player who really loves the game and don't make the player sad.

I will describe in detail how the whole thing happened. on Jan 15 or so because of the apex event, I recharged a total of 2 apex coins, my credit card actually froze the funds and I received a successful recharge order in my account information, I have attached the record. on Jan 16 I recharged again and purchased 2 apex coins, everything was going on normally as above, until Jan 18 when I was about to buy two apex coins. On January 18th when I was about to log in to the game again I found that I could no longer log in, and then I found an email in my mailbox saying that my account had been banned, I was very confused about this, first of all I have not done anything against the rules of the game, and secondly, I have never applied for a refund, so I don't know why my account has been banned. At the same time, I didn't receive any information about the refund! On January 20, I found out that the funds frozen in my credit card for the purchase of gold coins had been actually deducted, which showed that the whole transaction was regular and reasonable, and at the same time, I filed an appeal to have my account unblocked. on January 21, my credit card received the information that the amount of the second recharge had been deducted, and on January 22, I received the email of my first rejection by the TOS. I was very puzzled by the rejection email! I didn't think it was fair, so I appealed again and on January 31st I was again rejected by TOS, very quickly, it was hard not to suspect that a robot had rejected me and I decided to get online customer support to help me submit a third case.On February 1st TOS rejected me again very quickly. It's unbelievable!
Anyway the series of events that happened above are deeply confusing to me, I was full of joy to participate in the gaming activities and now I haven't been able to play with my friends for a long time. I then tried to contact the online customer in the hope of getting answers and understanding the truth of the matter, but unfortunately they also know nothing about it, and all they replied to me was a cold email, which never stated the reason for the ban. I have given so much to this account, I'm sure you guys can see all my previous top up records, also it's not just about the money, but also the amount of time I've invested in apex and the many good friends I've made in the game.
I would like to reiterate once again that I have never done anything against the rules of the game, I am just a normal gamer who just wants to enjoy the game with my friends after work, and I have never applied for any refunds, so please find out and unblock my account as soon as possible!
Please don't let bots or bot like people deal with my complaints anymore, please keep some humanitarian spirit, we are all just trying to find a little bit of enjoyment in our lives, please don't take this enjoyment away from me mercilessly.
