Wrongfully Banned After Account Was Hacked — Need Escalation Please
Hi EA team,
I’m reaching out because my account was permanently banned after it was hacked, and despite submitting multiple appeals with clear evidence, I keep getting denied.
The hacker accessed my account before even changing the email and password — meaning they were active under my login while I had no control. I later discovered that the email was changed to ka*****@neurofibmails.ru, and I have a screenshot of this, along with a message from an EA Support agent who advised me to dispute the ban because it clearly wasn’t my fault.
Unfortunately, I’ve now been denied twice, even though I followed all instructions and submitted all necessary proof. I’m kindly requesting that this case be escalated to a senior Terms of Service representative or supervisor for a full and fair review.
I’ve been a loyal EA player and customer for years, and this situation has been deeply upsetting. I’m simply asking for my account to be reviewed properly based on the full context.
