I want EA to release my apex legends account.

 I search my ban history that I found my apex legend has been banned in 13/Jun/24 but no reason,  I download my EA data that shows I have been banned in 2/Jun/24 in APEX LEGENDS XBOX . I don't remember that I registered a apex legend xbox account. my steam account shows the last time played apex in Apr/24, that means I never play apex after that because I never open apex in other platform. there is a picture that shows a transaction and the date because we hang out go dutch. That means we went to INTERNET BAR but I don't remember I played apex in that day. Maybe the machine in the bar has something wrong but I have no idea to figure out.

But here is the problem, the case didn't be created when I send mails to EA, I search the internet found  163mail maybe is blacklisted by EA so I can't change my mail and I can't send mail....
