My EA account was hacked and my Apex packs, heirloom and exotic shards gone

EA help denied any help outright saying "We can not support apex missing content because in apex, content can not be transferred from one account to another, it always stays in account. I hope you understand this."
I didn't find no new content in my account.
Did Anyone had similar problem or experience in past and did anything help you out knowing what happened your in game items?

    Hi there, 

    If your account has been compromised and you don't see the content you previously had on the account, it's very likely that the platform you use to play the game has been unlinked from your EA account. For example, if you play on Steam and your Steam account has been unlinked from your EA account, you won't see the progress anymore. To possibly fix that, you will need to relink the same Steam (or any other platform account you used to play on) to the same EA account.
