Since the main br aka(not ranked) is now storm point i cant log in

This morning the ranked map was storm point and every time selecting the ranked playlist it would freeze and send me back to my desktop 

identify the problem storm point for some reason if it's the map on ranked or normal br  it will crash your game and send you back to your desktop

main problem now the main br is storm point i cannot get in and i already verified my game files, deleted the game and downloaded it back multiple times and also deleting my temp files and all still doesnt work

EA fix Storm point something is wrong with it.
