my founders badge has been lock.even i still have weapon＆legend skin and frame

Same here. Pretty sure I had the starter pack as well and its gone too.

I also own Founder's Pack and Starter Pack on PS. Both badges are locked though the badge counter shows the correct counter of obtained badges.

I have exactly the same problem, but no one in support, i.e. chat, can help me, which is really frustrating
