I told them that they said there was some cheating on that account I was like I’m barely 16 how tf am I gonna cheat and every time I get in my account it would kick me outta my account as if someone had my account on their game I asked my older brother he said he wasn’t using that account
@husseinus10If you are on console, Xbox specifically, it could also be that someone changed your settings to not allow crossplay. I Imagine the same would happen on PS4. If you turn off crossplay on Xbox you will sit in a queue with one person till infinity and beyond. Perhaps it is something similar?
To check:
1. go to settings
2. Online Safety & Family
3. Privacy & Online Safety
4. Xbox Privacy
5. View Details & Customize
6. Communication & Multiplayer
7. You can join cross-network play (set this to "allow")
Maybe there is a way to turn off the crossplay in the PS4 menu along those same lines, if not check in the game menu on Apex.
