My game on Xbox keeps crashing.

I’m not lagging or dropping frames at all, but mid-diamond ranked game I am crashing and most of the time coming back and the game is over, I get a minus 65 and one time I got an abandonment penalty. I am losing so much rp and losing out on so much fun endgames because my game is crashing on Xbox 5 times a day
