My gunshots are too loud and I can't hear anything else

I reinstalled apex and changed audio settings multiple times but I keep getting this thing where my gunshots are louder than everything else and hurt my ears. I can only barely hear the other sounds ...

    @EA_Illium I was able to chat with tech support and turns out I was able to level the sound volumes by using the loudness adjustment feature on my windows settings, thank you for checking in on this

@ana1projects Does the sound stay the same regardless of what your audio is set to, or is it just louder than other sounds?
