I haven't played for a year because I had to go to school. When I came back, my level was down to 1. It's impossible because my playing time is 2000 hours. Is there anyone who can help me?
I see there was a recent platform unlink from this account. If that wasn't related however, the only suggestion I can make would be to double-check you're signing in with the correct account and that there aren't any other emails or accounts that may have been used in the past.
You can get back in touch with support to double-check which account may have been used, but there's nothing else we could do to recover any missing progress I'm afraid.
