My in game items that i bought and earned were removed from my account as well as my progress was reset, i reached out for help to EA before and it went no where, i am reaching out on here now to see if i can get all of my items returned.

From what I can see, this looks like an account mixup, with the account being active some time back, but then going quiet for a stretch.
Can you try logging in with any accounts you might have used heavily before?
I tried logging in to apex using my other emails and none of them work, the account I am currently logged in is the account I have been using since I started playing Alex
Community Admin @Itschico2k from what I can see the account was started in Feb this year, played for a bit, then left mostly quiet until this month.
Would this be accurate to your experience? If so, sorry but I don't see any evidence or inconsistencies around missing content, what's missing?
If you've played before February this year, then I'd keep on the account mixup track.
I have been playing apex for over a year now I believe, I stopped playing for a bit because my pc was unable to run apex anymore up until now that I upgraded my pc, I had logged in expecting everything I had to be in my account but everything was gone so I don’t know what happened and as I’ve said before I checked all of my emails to log into apex and none of them have the items I remember having
I have also checked emails I’ve gotten from EA and I haven’t seen a few password reset links and account confirmation codes so I believe my account could have been hacked into or have been tried to get hacked into and it could have been a reason for my account reset, I am not totally sure I just wish to know if there is a change of me getting my items back
