My Main Account got stuck in (code:net) Bug

Dear EA & Community Members,

I haven't been playing the game for 2-3 weeks. After last season updates; when I got back to the apex legends, I found my account bugged. I can not even connect game lobby 9 trials out of 10. If i surprisingly reach lobby, the game gets me stuck in connecting screen to any match. Apex logo keeps animating forever, everybody connects the game in my premade squad. Game starts without me.

The critical point is :

Issue only occurs when I play on current main account. If I try to play on my brothers account or another, there is no problem on the same system.

I heard there is a topic created for info gathering from people in the similiar situation with me. But EA closed it so I can not report this issue through there. I can play on another account but I do not want to waste time & effort instead of completing battle pass missions on my main acc. Please help me out...

Steps I have done so far :

* All troubleshooting steps on EA Help (connectivity guide, clearing origin cache, etc.)

* Tried different data centers

* Clean setup of apex (tried on both platforms origin/steam)

* Did a clean setup of windows 10 with completely format

* Tried 3 different routers

* Updated firmware of router

* Reset router to factory settings

* Reached ISP, they checked all OK.

@Twisted-Wade seems there are many of us suffer code;net now since s10 and there is no help here mate.

Steps I followed :

I also attached my UOTrace results to this message.
But, come on... Do you think my connection details play role on this issue? I am telling that problem only occurs on this account. I can play on alt-accounts on the same system. It does not seem like customer-sided problem. Please help 🙂
(Additional Note: Problem has persisted since start of Season 10)

Just crashed three times in one game. Been dealing with this issue with no resolution all year. Going to keep posting in other threads until I get an actual reply to my thread FROM MARCH. Please tell me how to enable crash logging.

Once in game I play for about 5 minutes then I get disconnected and receive a (code:net) I've never had this problem before and i went through all the troubleshooting from Restarting my PC and reinstalling apex. Restarting my internet and calling my company. nothing seems to fix this. please help

Update released, still no fix for bugged accounts. We still can NOT play on our main accounts, but we can play on alt-accounts in the same system.
"Code:net", "Reservation timed out" problems keep occuring on main Accs. FFS 😞 🤐

@EA_Atic We are not so stupid, we are writing about code:net problem in multiple topics, and all we need is to see " We know about the problem and gonna solve it soon." We all didn't do anything with connection from our side to a problem appearence. So transfer this info to a man who can do something except a linking connectivity guide. With all respect that has left...
