I am seriously mind-boggled by this. I am playing on different servers (connecting to different datacenters in Europe). I usually randomly choose one. I even sometimes play on New York.
I am facing strange issue. Each time when I am running around the map (usually alone, cause my teammates are long dead) and an enemy notices me I am instantly slowed down to like 3/4 of my normal walking/runnning speed. It's even the same when using stim (I am playing Octane). It runs just slower. Then they almost immediately beam me as I can't really escape.
What the hell it going on? I have faced this many time now. I have high-end pc, with wired connection to internet (1Gb/40mb). Dsl reports gives me A+,A,A+ as a rating.
Anyone else has this?
