False banned for "gameplay enhancement"
I was banned on april 20th mid game for "gameplay enhancement" when i havent enhanced my game in the slightest. ive tried to appeal my ban twice, asking for a more in depth reason to my ban and im simply being ignored. i even tried the live chat and it gives me the same useless info to appeal my ban in penalty history when they dont even have the decency to give me an actual reason for my ban. is there a way to talk to an ACTUAL human employee instead of an AI chat??
