My permaban was undone but now I have none of my stuff

Long story short I was wrongfully permaback in 2021. At the time I was not playing Apex so I didnt do anything about it. However I recently got bavk into the game so I submitted a ticket to get my account back. I heard back that my ban was undone but I have nothing back on my account. In 2021 I played on a PS4 and now im playing on a PS5 is it possible this had something to do with me not getting stuff back?
