If your account has been connected to an EA account you don't recognize, I would definitely take a few minutes to update your PSN account login information to be safe.

To link this to an EA account, someone would have needed to launch an EA game while logged into your PSN account, and from there sign into the EA account itself.

After that point you'll want to get in touch with our support team directly so they can look up the account via your PSN username, and they'll work with you to get things straightened out from that point, thanks!
