    Hey @Nicky_boi54,

    It looks like your PlayStation is linked to an old or disabled account. You can try to restore it by sending a password reset email to the original email address on the account (The 52*****@anonymous.ea.com is just an anonymized email address that shows up in our system when an account is disabled). If that doesn't work, or if you don't remember the original address, then I'd recommend reaching out to live support to see how they can best help you get your PlayStation linked to an EA account you actually use.
