My valuables in Apex Legends disappeared when I logged in after a long time.

    Hey @Rarref 

    Thanks for the additional details, I don't believe this would be tied with the recent changes with Apex Legends Cross Progression. 

    To check did you ever unlink a platform account you might have played on from your EA account? 

    If not, I would recommend reaching out to our support to further look at your account and see what options we may have.

When you have a moment would it be possible to get a few additional bits of information?

  • Which platform are you on?
  • What is your EA ID (GamerTag or PSN ID)?
  • What are some of the items you are missing? 
  • When did you notice your items missing?

  • What are some of the items you are missing? Wraith Herilom , BloodHound YoungBlood , Octane Die Tired Most of my belongings are lost  , most my open chracters are closed

  • When did you notice your items missing? I noticed just yesterday that I havent been able to log in for 6 or 7 months. When I logged in they were gone.
