- What is your EA ID (GamerTag or PSN ID)?
- What are some of the items you are missing?

Thanks for the additional details, I don't believe this would be tied with the recent changes with Apex Legends Cross Progression.
To check did you ever unlink a platform account you might have played on from your EA account?
If not, I would recommend reaching out to our support to further look at your account and see what options we may have.
