Need advice on how to recover ea account

First of EA sucks for having accounts auto deactivated never would have a problem if that never happened

My account automatically disabled since you never have a reason to log into it. I don't know what email I used they can't tell me. I know all the info for PSN account that was connected to it but that doesn't mean nothing to them. can't unlink because Sony don't have that option and I need to know my ea info to do from ea. So I can't play any EA game, and have no way to recover because they're not allowed to help any without me knowing the information that was made years ago. Why can't they just activate what shouldn't have been deactivated without being told to by the owner of the account I can't even connect a new account because I can't unlink the old. I swear this stupid if I had email I could log in it and troubleshoot but no giving email that's connected to my psn to hard. Probably had to make an new email to make the ea account because none of my emails are the ones connectes to my psn and you can't get anything about the ea account from Sony and the fact you can log into the Sony account means nothing to eat but there's an option to log into your ea account using your Sony account wtf people. Activate my account I'll log in using my psn like I normally do and should have been able if you didn't deactivate my account without my permission and problem solved.
