Need to Leave and Rejoin Party After Every Match

On both my PC and PS5, I can't ready up after between almost every match. The white checkmark will not appear. If I'm alone, I have to back out to the title screen and re-join. If I'm with friends, I have to quit the party and rejoin to be able to ready up again. If I don't, my squad mates will be put in a match without me. I'm connected via ethernet.
