Need to reset game/leave lobby after each match

I deleted and re-installed the game and the issue persists.

It turned out my PS4 was not current but I updated it this morning and the issue persists.

I have also learned that if my friends ready up after a game they will launch a new match without me. We never see the ready up status change.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Leaving the lobby after every single match is getting annoying.

My issue still persists. Even more strange, it worked fine after a single match the other evening. Subsequent matches still gave me issues.

Apologies for the late reply on this. 

I've seen this happen from time to time. Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if they help with this? A good place to start would be with the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help site. 

If it keeps happening after that try the PS4-specific steps as well. Let me know if you're still having the same issues after that. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply and apologies for my late one! I have gone through the basic steps of resetting my router and what not. I am not having any internet issue connections though. My connection to the Apex and PSN servers never breaks. I am using a wired connection, getting about 30 down and 3 up through my PS4.

I have since tried switching my Apex server to the same one as my friends but it makes no difference. I typically play on Oregon servers and they use St.Louis (although we are all local to each other). My ping is usually around 47ms with 0% PL.

I have learned that if the issue is occurring I do not see myself "ready up" in the lobby but my friends will. When they join a match, however, I will still be in the lobby with them, everybody "unready." My friends and I have pretty much given up on this working. I now just leave after every match without thinking. Maybe this gets fixed in the next update...

I do not think it happens in solo, but we almost always play as a group so i have not encountered the problem myself in solo queue. But it do happen EVERY game we play together.

Talked to the other players and they experience it when playing solo as well.

I personally don't have the issue, but am typing this on behalf of a friend who does, she has experienced the issue on both ps4 and pc, but not on xbox. Repairing the game on Origin doesn't seem to help, and the issue persists on different accounts as well.
