Never got my season 3 rewards

Hello! I am writing about an issue from season 3 rewards. I know has been a long time but i tried two times already last year to contact the assistance but i never got any answer back. I been playing apex since launch. In season 3 i got to reach predator for the first time but i never got the reward at launch season 4. I have tried to contact the assistance again and they suggest me to write here because its about an old season reward. I am again thinking about my reward because it was the only dive tail with season 2 to stay forever and i would love it. I attach the old picture from the time.
