New account already linked?

how do I do this? It seems more or less impossible to open a case. If I go to account and click on linked accounts there is no way to open a case from that section. It just takes me back to the game pages.

I also find that very strange since the account is new, there’s no way it’s been linked before.

I was able to finally get in touch with support through a different issue. There should be a more direct way to the chat from the user account section…

Hi I am facing a similar issue. 
My EA account says it's linked to a different Steam account which is not mine. 
When I check "Connected accounts", Steam is not linked.

How do I unlink this random steam account that is connected to my EA account. Please guide.|
I reached out to EA help but I am not getting any response, when I respond via mail it says receipent's mail box is full. 

zOshivjithSo​ There are two methods for unlinking a platform account from your EA Account.

The first method involves logging into your EA Account, going to the "connected accounts" tab, and then clicking on "unlink" next to the platform account you wish to unlink.

The second method involves contacting EA Support, and requesting help with unlinking your platform account.

However, based on what you had said, you don't see, (or had already unlinked), the Steam Account that was linked to your EA Account. If you're trying to link another Steam Account, that sadly won't be possible as whenever a platform account is linked to an EA Account, it creates a lifetime link to that EA Account, (this means that another platform account of the same type cannot be linked to the same EA Account later).
