new account recharging more than 1000 RMB blocked in less than half a month

After playing apex for less than half a month, the new account was banned by ea for no reason. I have listened to the steam recharge record, but the email from ea also said that it had deleted my rec...

As mentioned by @XHelperZ, we are unable to review or make any changes to an account ban on the forums.

If you feel the ban was applied to your account incorrectly, you'll need to contact our Terms of Service team with the following steps:

By recharging do you actually mean engaging a chargeback via your bank?

If so, chargebacks are a direct violation of the Terms of Sale as far I'm aware, hence why these types of things are usually banned with zero-tolerance.
