New controller that i bought

Okay, so, i purchaced a controller today, just a random grab from Elgiganten near me, and i tried playing some other games with it, turns out it has a turbo button that allows me to press any button on it very quickly. If i use that controller in APEX legends, will i get a penalty/ban? Asking this for my own safety.
