New season reset everything
Since the new season I’m reset to level 1, all legends, skins and heirlooms earned have been removed. Please help

Happened to me as well, tried to talk to support they would not help me, also I have spent over $100 on my account too over level 500 and they don’t care, it really upsets me tbh the support team is mediocre.
Yeah I can get zero help, and the support team needs all this irrelevant info. Sorry to hear, hopefully we get a solution as well as I lost all heirlooms and was around the same level as you
