I can’t link my account. It never prompts to connect or link. And if I check my account there is nothing linked. The ea help site never loads. So I cannot contact support.
I was able to resolve this by finding an old EA account with a different email and I checked I unlinked the switch. Then I was able to log in on the switch to the right acount.

Grave203 & emeraldwolf_24 When you are linking your Switch Account, are you logging into the game through a Nintendo Switch?
Only asking because there isn't a way to link it from your EA Connected Accounts page.
