Nintendo Switch update for June won't download

When clicking to download update, the error code 2123-1502 appears. Nintendo has no listing for this error. Apex cannot launch without this update.

@MobileBeardUnit it’s very strange it’s not even on nintendo support, i’ve only been able to find one video about too, which didn’t fix the problem for me, it’s almost like the code doesn’t exist
