So recently I started to play Apex a lot again and since then Istarted to get all sorts of errors (The ones that I can remember: Create Texture 2D failed, DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG, Havoc = null, code: snake) and the game also crashes without an error. So I tried all sort of things that were on the forums and on other websites and also re-installed Apex and Origin, but nothing helped. So I wanted to get the apex_crash.txt file to ask on how I can fix the problem. After finding out on how to find the file (here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Where-do-i-find-my-Apex-crash-txt-file/m-p/7720271#M33893) I went to my Documents right after the game crashed with no error and didn't find the apex_crash.txt file (I tried this multiple times). So I hope that somebody could tell me why there is no file (or how I can get it) so that I can get the errors fixed in order to play without an crash occuring every hour. Sry, i forgot to answer. So I rainstalled the GPU (when I asked here) and it didnt work, instead of crashing the game crashes and makes my pc crash (because of critical errors).
And now I wanted to do a new post (thats why I am replying right now, cus I only saw this post now, sorry again) because I only get an error (196620:0) when I want to update/ repair Apex. Then I deleted Apex and Origin and now I get the error when I try to download Apex. I will try to fix it today but will probably make a new post tomorrow.
So yeah, this post here can just be archived or whatever you do with posts that are finished.
But thanks for the help anyways @EA_Atic and sorry again that I forgot to answer.

Hello from me too,
I'm having almost the same issue but with no error message what is causing the crash. My game freezes for a second and then boom, straight to the desktop making me relaunch the game and wait for the loading screens. That's really frustrating especially when it happens during fight or you are close to winning. Sometimes my game won't crash for an hour or two but then it crashes multiple times in next 15 minutes.
I've read so many fixing guides, reinstalling/upgrading/downgrading my GPU drivers, reinstalling the game, playing it thu Origin and Steam, Repairing the Easy Anti-cheat, disabling all overlay in-game programs like Steam overlay and GeForce Experience overlay, capping my fps to 60, making exception in the Windows firewall, setting different priorities for the tasks in the Task manager and many more BUT NONE OF THEM WORKED!!!
My PC is way above the minimum and the recommended requirements + if I play Apex on my laptop which is 4 times slower than my PC its not crashing so its nothing related to performance.
I've searched all my hard drives for apex_crash.txt but none was found.
