No Ban History to dispute Ban

Summarize your bug First time logging in this season. Try to enter a game. Recieved message indicating a ban. Go to check ban history on website. No ban history exists for my steam account. Cannot play any games because I have a ban
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There is a ban placed on my account but no indication of how the ban exists. I am unsure how my account received the ban status
What happens when the bug occurs? I get placed into a game, then immediately kicked to lobby with ban message
What do you expect to see? no ban, as I have not played since previous season and no ban history on the website

I do not see how I would have recieved a ban. I go to try and dispute the ban but the website says I an not currently banned. but I try to enter a game, and it says I am banned

If you've submitted an appeal through EA Help using the steps here, that'll be perfect.

Just to clarify, the ban history on the website shows some very specific types of bans, but does not display all bans or suspensions. Sorry for the confusion there.

If you're ever seeing a ban message in-game, do feel free to appeal that with our Terms of Service team using the information in the above link and they'll be happy to take another look at the account.

They haven't since more and more people are getting banned for "cheating" as well. Ive played on PS and now I'm PC playing. Never saw or had a reason to cheat hell

I have done two disputes and each time they say they have thoroughly looked at my account and the ban stands. They send me a link to the user agreement, but fail to explain what it was I did. Never got an email, don't know what I did, there is nothing in my ban history. How am I supposed to "learn my lesson" without knowing what I did. When I put my kids in timeout, I fully explain why, not just putting them in timeout and letting them figure out why. I wish I knew how to get my money back on the damn game I bought I can't even play. EA is a joke...

I have 15 active and closed tickets on this where i have had my steam account compromisedand then they used my apex game for some sort of action that resulted in a ban, all i keep getting is the generic " we have reviewed your account and will not change the ban" message. EA is not doing a proper check, i have provided them with all the information showing that my account had been logged in from several locations as well as the login history for my steam account and they still are not un banning my account.

How does one appeal a ban that does not show up in the history.... there is not anything for me to click to appeal. and yet i am banned......
