No button to click to unlink an EA account from a PSN account

My EA account is linked to two PSN accounts. I wanted to unlink one of them, but can`t do it because there`s a button missing. I tried contacting the EA support but failed to be able to chat with the...

Try creating a case without logging in.

You can only link a new account every 6 months. If that's not the case, it's possible this is just an issue with support at the moment.

Unfortunately that isn’t the issue. Trying to unlink from PSN. The rep also stated that they are no longer allowed to unlink accounts as that function has been removed from them.

Im also having the same problem but for xbox I have tow and dosen't give me the option to unlink any.

I'm sorry to say, the best I can advise is to contact an advisor again to see if anything else can be done. We cannot help with this over the EA Forums.
