No button to click to unlink an EA account from a PSN account

My EA account is linked to two PSN accounts. I wanted to unlink one of them, but can`t do it because there`s a button missing. I tried contacting the EA support but failed to be able to chat with the...

    Try creating a case without logging in.

I just finished a chat with an advisor and they said they can;t do this since January 2025, when I asked how can I get it done then, they just basically said tough luck and ended the conversation there.

I'm sorry to say, we'll have to wait and see if support will be able to unlink accounts again down in the future.
