no case record shown in EA help after submitting a new case

Hi EA help,

There is a system error/bug that I discovered in the EA help website. The problem is that every time when I filled in a new appeal and try to submit the case. The system will only show "successfully submitted". However, when I checked later in "my case".  There is no such record or case number shown to me. Also, no confirmation email sent to my email either.
