Hey Everyone,
If you have recently received a message about cross-progression happening for your account but did not see any changes after.
Please fully shut down and relaunch Apex Legends to confirm if you see your progress update.
If you only play on one platform and received the message but didn't notice a change, try logging in on another platform tied to the EA account to see if your progress moved over.

If you continue not seeing Cross Progression, after getting the message your accounts have merged please let us know the following:
Platforms (ones tied to the EA account, you logged into):
EA ID (PSN ID, Gamertag):
Did you get the message your accounts were merging?
Have you restarted your game?
Did you unlink or link any accounts before getting the Cross Progression message? (if so please see our post)
Are you getting an error message?
Is anything else happening?

I just had the same issue. I get the prompt that ive finally received cross progression. I click continue and then it starts loading without ever showing me the account select page I'm supposed to get. I dont get why it wouldnt work. i can see that my playstation account is listed on known accounts on apex.

it would be nice if someone from ea was at least replying to us. This is not the only place ive seen tons of people posting about this issue. We've waited so long for cross progression and it doesn't even work.
