Hey Everyone,
If you have recently received a message about cross-progression happening for your account but did not see any changes after.
Please fully shut down and relaunch Apex Legends to confirm if you see your progress update.
If you only play on one platform and received the message but didn't notice a change, try logging in on another platform tied to the EA account to see if your progress moved over.

If you continue not seeing Cross Progression, after getting the message your accounts have merged please let us know the following:
Platforms (ones tied to the EA account, you logged into):
EA ID (PSN ID, Gamertag):
Did you get the message your accounts were merging?
Have you restarted your game?
Did you unlink or link any accounts before getting the Cross Progression message? (if so please see our post)
Are you getting an error message?
Is anything else happening?

If you had your accounts linked (or thought you did) and received the cross progression prompt but nothing was transferred over from your existing console accounts, then your PC account has overridden everything. Effectively, EA has basically deleted all of your skins, heirlooms, badges, and everything that you got over the last few years and there is no way of recovering it.
You won't get anything back, and EA could not care less since they know you'll still play the game. It's a win - lose scenario.. always has been

I checked my Apex account on Xbox and it overid it with the stuff on my PC account. So I basically lost everything then?
