Hey Everyone,
If you have recently received a message about cross-progression happening for your account but did not see any changes after.
Please fully shut down and relaunch Apex Legends to confirm if you see your progress update.
If you only play on one platform and received the message but didn't notice a change, try logging in on another platform tied to the EA account to see if your progress moved over.

If you continue not seeing Cross Progression, after getting the message your accounts have merged please let us know the following:
Platforms (ones tied to the EA account, you logged into):
EA ID (PSN ID, Gamertag):
Did you get the message your accounts were merging?
Have you restarted your game?
Did you unlink or link any accounts before getting the Cross Progression message? (if so please see our post)
Are you getting an error message?
Is anything else happening?

I linked my xbox account to EA but i'm not seeing my progress move over to PC. My game has yet to give me the pop up for cross progression no matter how many times i close it and relaunch, and i have quite a bit of cosmetics and characters unlocked from xbox. I haven't unlinked anything, so I don't know why the cross progression isn't popping up?? I'm not getting any error message and nothing is outwardly broken besides the cross progression itself.
