I’ve opened over 500 apex packs and I made sure to only include regular apex packs not including events or anything like that and I haven’t revived my heirloom it’s extremely frustrating me as I’ve spent a lot of money on it only to be lied to. Genuinely my favourite game and I’ve been treated like this it’s horrible

PapiChuurro are you absolutely positive in your 500 pack count? It is usually a miscalculation.

I am 100% sure it’s frustrating I contacted support but they didn’t help either they told me to just come here it’s super annoying
I even used the apex pack tracker for a rough estimate I took an hour to gather all the info just to be as accurate as possible and it came up with 511 packs opened
I agree with you, it is a very frustrating system that is in place. Players including myself have asked many times for an "opened pack" counter to be put into the game. It is one of the reasons I take a note of my opened packs.
All I can tell you is it is automatic and you will get the shards when you open your 500th pack.
