No heirloom after level 500
Hi ea, I’ve been playing the game since like season 7 on my other account when I first started and right now I’m on a new account on ps4 lol, but I’d like to make a complaint about not getting a heirloom I’ve surpassed the 500 levels and still haven’t got one and I was just wondering if I could get one my accounts name is jorka9990.

To clarify, the guaranteed heirloom does not come at level 500, but rather after opening 500 packs - if you haven't received one in a pack itself by that point. Accounts do not receive packs every level, so just being essentially level 554 wouldn't mean you've missed an heirloom, just that you haven't opened enough packs to reach that point just yet.
