No merge here PC, ps4 and XBOX accounts.

I have 3 Accounts one ps4 one pc and one xbox series and no signs of merge here, I know accounts are linked cause I can open EA desktop app with any of the three and play on the same account on pc.

If you did not get the cross progression pop up screen then you have not yet merged.

It is being rolled out in waves so it may take some time.

@Asmodeus566 ok I'll close topic and wait patiently, I thought it was instantaneous and mandatory as they say, but I see it's more like fixing audio bugs kind of stuff on respawn.
