Not able to select legend, loadout, and store tabs

Season 18. I'm not able to select my tabs in the lobby to do any customization or selections. This includes legends, loadout, and store. Along with the issue I cant see challenges. Also the currency is not displaying. Have contacted ea multiple times and their customer service let's just say not very helpful. Can this please get looked into.

@XploiTtv Sounds like the game itself isn't connecting to the servers properly. Try re-installing your game and restart your modem and see if that works for you.

Did you personally get ahold of an EA Support representative?
