Not receiving Legend Tokens when leveling up (Currently Level 108)

I am using a translation tool to write this, so I apologize if my English sounds a bit unnatural

I am experiencing a bug in Apex Legends where I am no longer receiving Legend Tokens upon leveling up, and I would like to request assistance to resolve this.

■ Issue Description

My Legend Tokens have been completely stuck at 5,100. I first noticed this issue around Account Level 50, so I am not exactly sure at which level they actually stopped increasing.

I have continued playing and am currently Level 108, but my balance is still exactly 5,100 and has not increased at all despite leveling up multiple times.

I have attached screenshots of my account taken at Level 58 and at my current Level 108 for your reference.

I kindly ask for the following actions regarding my account:

Grant Missing Tokens: Please check my account and credit me with all the missing Legend Tokens that I should have earned by my current level (108).

Fix the Bug: Please fix my account data so that I can properly earn Legend Tokens for future level-ups.

This issue is preventing me from unlocking new Legends, which is really impacting my gameplay experience. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
