I'm having the exact same issue.
My Twitch and EA accounts are linked correctly, and EA Support has already confirmed that the account linking is not the problem. I've claimed multiple Twitch Drops over the past month, but not a single reward has been added to my account.
I've contacted EA Support several times over the past month, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. The last time I contacted support, they simply disconnected the chat and marked my case as "Player Unavailable," even though I was actively waiting in the chat. My ticket was closed without any resolution.
At this point, I'm just looking for someone to properly investigate the issue instead of closing the case. Hopefully we can both get this resolved.
