I think I see the problem then. Your penalty history is empty because you don't have a ban on this account, you have a ban on the account your Steam is linked to. If you log in with that other account, you should see your penalty history then. If you have any other email addresses you might have used to make an account I'd recommend checking those, and then raising a dispute from there.

Just to check, do you play on Steam or the EA app? If you play via Steam, can you try logging in here with your EA account details and let me know if you see your Steam linked?

    EA_QueenBee I think I had another email before, but unfortunately i deleted the google acc months ago, and i dont remember the credentials to log into it.
