Occasional high ping on Apex Legends

im facing similar kind of issue since 1 week im facing game latency issue like sound symbol ingame and latency sybmols ingame after playing for 3-4 matches it is getting back to normal how can i fix this? my isp is good n no packetloss im facing this issue in only apex i tried split gate it doesnt have any latency issue but in apex when i turn on my pc n play a match its so laggy ping keeps fluctuating n game latency symbols n game sound delay symbol after few matches it goes back to normal
