Octanes “Dark Streak” (FREE) GALAXY SKIN

Hey there I have wasted 3 weeks trying to get ahold of numerous EA Help advisors to find out they have been wasting my time. He told me to go in the EA Forums to complain about how my FREE OCTANE “DARK STREAK” GALAXY SKIN is not in my account when I EARNED it for FREE nor is that galaxy R-99 skin in my account and for the literal thousands of dollars Iv spent (now I’m thinking I have wasted) they cannot help me on one issue I have asked and been very patient for regarding again a FREE skin I earned in the Uprising Event. Super disappointed in the customer service I have been given and too add to that how poorly I have been treated after being a big supporter and possibly ex fan of this game since Season 5 Master player etc really kills it for me when I’m treated like * and nobody can do their job and help me with a FREE “DADK STREAK” OCTANE SKIN. Probably wasting my time on here now but if I don’t get somebody to actually take action this game is DEAD to me, and too think this customer service is as good as it gets now a days for EA…
