Old origin ban blocks cross progression

Hi everyone,

So about 7 years ago i got banned by EA on origin I was 13 at the time and honestly dont know what happened anymore. Afterwards I just went to play on playstation where I now have over 7 thousand hours on. Recently I have decided to make the switch to pc but hit a wall. My account is banned and I have already sent multiple appeals but just get automated e-mails. This is honestly a last ditch effort to get a response from an actual person.
