Only Apex - Super High ping/ every red error at the top right

Recently I log into apex and get into the main menu where I have the normal 20-40 ping depending on the day. If I go to any mode including firing range the ping shoots up to 500+ sometimes going to 5000 almost instantly with my fans getting super loud as well. This started to happen after I moved from an apartment to a new house. The ISP went from ATT fiber to Cox fiber. The game is completely unplayable for me at this point and do not know what to do. I do internet tests while the crazy lag happens and I'm getting almost 650 up and down. I have checked the firewall and have done a few dns flushes. I deleted the game off EA to steam and got 1 good gaming night out of it but back to the problem. Please help as I see there are many people with this problem but no solutions.
