Opened over 500 Apex packs & haven’t received any Heirloom Shards

I’ve been playing Apex Legends for a few years now & I finally hit prestige past level 500. If we get an apex pack every level, I am just wondering if & when I will ever receive Heirloom Shards? 

I was under the impression a player would have gotten them in an apex pack after 500 packs. Am I able to see the total number of apex packs I’ve opened? 

My favorite character is Octane & I’d love to run around with his butterfly stim. Thank you!
