Origin is offline

Hi, I dont know what is happening with my origin but I seem to be offline. Everything else in my pc is online. Yesterday morning I saw an Apex update and started it. It told me I was offline and it bugged out of origin (to the log in screen). I logged in and tells me im offline again. I looked in the forum tried whitelisting in firewall, clen boot, clear cache. Nothing worked so I decided to uninstall and install everything. I looked up the origin installer and EA pages where not opening up. I contacted a friend and told him to send me the file. I did, installed origin and it would not install all the updates, it would take some time and then it marked error code 20 99, I looked it up tried every solution possible and I still am offline.

Pls help me this is frustrating.
